facilitation works off the same fundamental principles as coaching.
It’s essentially ‘group coaching’.
We put at least as much time, care & attention into understanding
and testing the brief and in data-gathering, as we do in delivering
the ‘event’.
Often we find ourselves advising against group sessions until
purpose has been further clarified and the conditions are right
to ensure improved performance results.
All of our facilitation is tailor-made to the client’s
needs. Our expertise is in identifying what intervention is
required ‘in the room’. We avoid set ‘content’,
believing that inevitably, the answer lies within. Just as importantly,
people are almost always more likely to action ideas that they
have had a significant part in generating.
