• We believe in leaving capability behind when we’ve gone. Our goal is client self-reliance
  
  
• We stick by you after the input has been delivered. We’re interested in sustained change and this is the only way we get to truly evaluate our performance
  
  
• We don’t work in areas where we are not ‘specialists’. However, we work within a network of providers with the same values and commitment to quality. This enables us to offer wider capability without compromising our focus
  
  
• We are happy to be paid on results, not just time elapsed
  
  
• For every 5 days work we bill, we work a day in the not-for-profit sector for ActionAid, for free. This means that by working with enzyme you will be directly helping ActionAid, an international development organisation working to help eradicate poverty in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean.
