  • Development and implementation of a learning and development framework for the Support Centre of a major hospitality retailer. The framework is an holistic approach aimed at 500 employees. It re-defines and links all the key processes from selection and integration into new roles, through to development support of people both in-position and as they grow into bigger roles within the organisation

  • Coaching of the President of a global consumer-goods organisation, working on enhancing his impact as a leader and also management of the tensions that come from running the European division of a global organisation

  • Design and implementation of a development programme for the top 60 managers in a global Pharma business. This involved reflecting the change in company ownership and ethos by articulating what leadership needed to become, then supporting the senior team in living up to this new benchmark.
